Recommended Esoteric Books and Authors

To study Esoteric Science, one must begin with quality Esoteric books.

Arhatic Alchemy has curated a comprehensive list of books to guide every sincere spiritual aspirant on the path. These books are organized into three Degrees—Degree I, II, and III—each further divided into Teachings and Practice.

  • Degree I: For beginners. These foundational books should be studied diligently for 2–5 years or more before progressing.

  • Degree II: Intermediate-level books for deeper understanding.

  • Degree III: Advanced books that are complex and challenging to read.

Start where you are and advance at your own pace, building a solid foundation for higher esoteric work.

Note on the Degrees:

The Degrees are based only on the difficulty of language, application, and the need for preliminary knowledge. They do not indicate that one Degree contains “higher” or more advanced teachings than another—the depth of the teachings cannot be measured. This division exists purely for the convenience of readers, allowing a step-by-step approach.

Degree I books form the foundation of the teachings and should be studied by all students, including advanced practitioners.

In addition, we encourage readers to explore the Recommended Books listed by Mahatma Choa Kok Sui in The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Healing (2nd Edition, 1990, pp. 262–269). Students are also advised to join courses and distance-learning programs offered by reputable Esoteric Organizations for practical spiritual development.
