We ship our tangible products all over India. We ship our digital products Internationally.
We use courier partners like Delhivery, India Post, Bluedart to ship items all over India.
We charge a flat rate of 150/- rupees as a shipping charge for the orders placed in our website. We ship our products within 3-5 days of receiving your order, sometimes it may take longer. Depending on your delivery location the time the shipment will reach to you may vary. In case of unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strike or pandemic a product may take longer to reach it’s destination. Also there may be delay due to logistics. In such cases we will not be responsible for the delay. Please contact the courier provider for the same. Arhatic Alchemy uses third party couriers to fulfill it’s orders and can not be held responsible for delay in shipment caused by the error of the third party courier providers or unforeseen circumstances. In case of lost or damaged product, we are always here to assist you, please contact us at the given email address.
We always try to maintain the quality of our products sold at our store. But, some products on our website may be different from the thumbnail presented at our website. For example we may have a Thumbnail of a previous edition book and the current edition that is sold may look different from what appears on the site.
For digital products, you must put your Email address correctly. We will send the product you purchase to the email address you provide to us. Any error in providing a correct email address is not our responsibility, however you can contact us for the same. We will try to assist you in case a wrong email was entered by mistake.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we put in the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in case you don’t like the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable with the exception for a damaged product. In case of damaged item please contact us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Digital goods and donations are exempt from being returned. Digital products are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take 2-5 business days for our refund to reflect in your bank statements. Once we issue a refund, we will notify you.
If you have not received your refund in 5 business days, you may contact your branch or write and email to us. If it’s due to a human error from our part, we will try our best to resolve the mistake.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order anytime until your products have been shipped by emailing us. However, in case your product is already shipped, it will treated under our returns policy.
