Recommended Esoteric Books and Authors

To study Esoteric Science one must start with good Esoteric books. We are pleased to announce that Arhatic Alchemy has gathered a list of esoteric books that can help every spiritual aspirant to get good esoteric guidance while treading the spiritual path. We have divided the books into Three categories: Degree I, Degree II and Degree III. The Degrees are further divided into Books on Teachings and Books on Practice.

Students who are beginners may start with Degree I books and they should diligently study the Degree I books for 2-5 years or more and then they can move on to Degree II which consists of intermediate level books and Finally Degree III which contains books that are complex and not easy to read.

The difficulty of the Degrees are solely based on the difficulty level of English, application and instructions that might require preliminary knowledge. The degrees do not imply one degree has more advanced teachings than the other degrees. The level of teachings can not be measured. So this division is solely made for the convenience of the readers so that they can take a step-wise approach.  It would be prudent to note the “Degree I” books are very important and they are the foundation of the teachings, therefore even advanced students must study those books.

Apart from this list, we also recommend the readers to study the RECOMMENDED BOOKS given to us by Mahatma Choa Kok Sui in his book The Ancient Science and Art of Pranic Healing, Second Edition (1990), pp. 262-269.  Students are also recommended to take courses and distant learning programs from Esoteric Organizations that might help one in practical spiritual development. These esoteric correspondence programs will be listed below after the book reading list.
